Privacy Policy, Delivery & Returns

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.sandouk.ae (the “Site”).


What user or customer information does Sandouk.ae collect?

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


What about sharing personal information?

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Change

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.


Shipping

Business days are Monday to Saturday; Holiday, Sunday is not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. However, we will ensure you will receive your order at the earliest and as per your requested service. Priority delivery: This is a priority delivery service and the order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days. This delivery service costs AED 30.

Standard Delivery: This is our standard delivery service and the order will be delivered within 3-4 days. The delivery service costs AED 20.

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above AED 500. This will be a normal standard delivery.

All above delivery are specific to United Arab Emirates.

International Delivery: Currently we do not have overseas shipping service.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you, and up to 7 days afterwards. Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]

Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. All such Products should be returned within 7 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure.

After you cancel your order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days of receiving the order back from you.

If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If you have any questions regarding returns, please Contact us.

Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights and refunds will be add in your account.
